I’ve used this shop twice and the owner is so nice and honest. I will always come here for service and recommend him as well. Gracias!

I stopped by here earlier this week and I want to leave a 5 star review! The gentleman was extremely kind and patient. As a woman, I assumed they were going to try to “get over” on me. He did not at all. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he had his employee adjust my tires to the right pressure size, that was all I needed. Instead of trying to upsell me and claim I need a tire, he has honest and told me the exact problem. Customer service was really top tier! I appreciate your honesty and integrity!!!

As a woman-owned small business operating next door, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing neighbor experiences I’ve had. The constant noise from their air compressor is excessive and disruptive during business hours. When the issue was approached respectfully and professionally, the owner responded with vulgar, offensive language instead of any attempt at resolution or compromise. That behavior alone speaks volumes about how this business treats others. We escalated the issue through proper channels, including Travis County, and even after authorities attempted to address the situation, there was no effort made to reduce the noise or act responsibly. Small businesses are supposed to support one another, especially in shared commercial areas. Instead, we were met with hostility, disrespect, and complete disregard for how their operations affect neighboring businesses and customers. If professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy matter to you, I would strongly recommend reconsidering doing business here.
